When you submit the form, your data is received and processed on our web server, then forwarded to our inbox via Microsoft 365. Your data does not leave our server infrastructure except for this email delivery step.

Purpose: To respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Retention: Kept until your inquiry is resolved; deleted within 3 years at the latest (standard limitation period under § 195 BGB).

2.2 Server Log Files

When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits certain information to the web server. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, date and time of access, and referring URL. This data is collected and temporarily stored in server log files by our hosting provider, KORBANK Spółka Akcyjna (k.pl), Wrocław, Poland.

Purpose: Ensuring technical operation and security of the website.

Retention: Log files are typically deleted within 30 days.

3.2 Email Delivery (Microsoft 365)

Contact form submissions are forwarded to our inbox via Microsoft 365/Outlook, operated by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. 3.3 Bootstrap (jsDelivr CDN)

This website loads Bootstrap CSS and JavaScript files from the jsDelivr CDN (jsdelivr.com). When your browser loads these files, jsDelivr may receive your IP address and browser information. jsDelivr is operated by Prospectone Sp. z o.o., based in Poland (EU). 3.4 Web Fonts

This website uses self-hosted fonts (DM Sans and Syne). The font files are served directly from our server. No data is transmitted to third-party font services (such as Google Fonts) when you visit this site.
